Privacy notice

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the company name, your name, work email, phone number, number of participants, training format and language, whether you need HRDF claimable training, timeframe, the state where the training would run, the course you are interested in, and anything you write in the free-text field. We also record the page you were on and the language of that page.

We also record which page you submitted from, the referring page, whether you were on a mobile or desktop device, the language of the page, any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash is used to detect duplicate and automated submissions; we do not store the address itself.

To keep a record of your enquiry and to respond to it. We may pass your enquiry, including the contact details you entered, to listed training providers whose courses match what you asked for, so that they can contact you with a quote. We decide this case by case; it does not happen automatically.

At the time of writing, we are not paid for passing an enquiry on. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. If we ever receive payment for passing enquiries on, we will say so on this page.

Enquiries are stored in a database operated on our behalf by Supabase, hosted in India (ap-south-1). Email is delivered through Resend. Both are processors acting on our instructions.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the enquiry, and no longer than is reasonable for that purpose.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, and ask us to stop processing it.

Use the enquiry form, start the details box with “Privacy request:” and give the email address you used. We will action it.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and which lead to enquiries. It records page views and events, not the contents of the form.
