AI Training Kuala Lumpur: HRDF Claimable Providers Listed From Their Own Pages

AI training Kuala Lumpur employers can book comes from a mixed group of providers: a business school, IT certification trainers, facilitators who run workshops for a company’s own team, and firms that sell AI courses next to other subjects. They are listed below with the courses their own pages show and, where a page says it, what they claim about HRD Corp.

A Kuala Lumpur address tells you where a provider’s business is registered or listed, not where it will teach your team. Ask each one whether the course runs at your office, at their venue or online, and who pays for the venue. The page for each provider notes the address its public listing shows, and the date we read its pages.

Across the Kuala Lumpur providers on this page, the AI courses fall into three kinds. There are short tool courses of one or two days, aimed at staff who will use an AI assistant daily. There are leadership programmes, where the audience decides what the company adopts. And there are technical courses, such as vendor-certified cloud AI or on-premise language models, for IT and data staff.

The kind matters more than the address. A finance team in Kuala Lumpur that books a leadership programme will be disappointed, and an executive group that books a coding course will be lost. Read the course titles under each provider before you read anything else.

The HRD Corp ceilings do not change by state. For in-house training the Allowable Cost Matrix caps the course fee at RM10,500 per group per full day, and for a public class at RM1,750 per participant per day (January 2026 version, read 25 September 2026; check the current version).

Timing does matter. HRD Corp’s Claimable Courses page, read 27 October 2026, says in-house training can be conducted 14 days after grant approval, must start within 90 calendar days after that, and that claims must be submitted within 6 months of completion. Book the date with that gap in mind.
